The Skill Development program at OnTrack Connect equips university students with practical, job-ready tech and entrepreneurial skills. It’s a structured, hands-on learning journey designed to help learners build real solutions—not just consume theory. Participants choose a focus area like Web Development, Java, C#, Python, or Robotics, and follow a guided curriculum with weekly milestones. The program emphasizes “learning by doing”, where mentees code, create, build, and present projects. Each skill path is divided into cohorts—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—to meet students at their level. Lessons include both technical and soft skill components to prepare learners for real-world work. Instead of a traditional classroom, students learn in an environment that mimics a startup or dev team. Weekly challenges, peer reviews, and feedback loops ensure consistent progress. Industry mentors also offer short talks or demos to link theory with practice. The program ends with a capstone project and portfolio review, giving learners something tangible to show future employers.
